These terms govern the use of forsalecuracao.com, an independent search portal that brings together real estate listings from estate agencies in Curaçao. By using the site you agree to them.
forsalecuracao.com collects property listings published by Curaçao estate agencies and presents them in one searchable place. Every listing links directly to the original page on the agency's own website, where the property is described and sold. We are an aggregator: we are not an estate agency, we do not mediate property sales, and we never act as a party to a transaction.
Searching this site and contacting an agency through it is free for buyers. We charge buyers nothing and take no commission. Any commercial relationship is exclusively between you and the agency you visit.
Listings, prices, availability and descriptions come from the partner agencies and are refreshed automatically. They are indicative: the agency's own website is always the authoritative and current source. Prices may be shown in US dollars or Netherlands Antillean guilders; conversions use a fixed indication rate and are approximate. Always verify details with the agency before acting on them.
Photographs, descriptions and other listing content belong to the agency that published them. We display them solely to identify the property and route you to the original source. Nothing on this site may be copied, republished or resold as a dataset.
We link to the websites of partner agencies and to third-party services such as accommodation platforms. We have no control over those sites and are not responsible for their content, availability or practices.
